WCCHD offers pre-participation physicals for sports, band, camps, etc.
Includes:

• Review of health history
• Review of immunizations to ensure they are up to date
• Physical exam* to determine if student is able to safely participate in typical sports, band or camp-related activities

More information:

• $30 fee (price subject to change)
•  Insurance is not accepted - payment is due at time of visit
• Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted
• A parent must be present at the appointment if the child is under age 18
• *A sports physical should not replace an annual wellness physical with a primary care provider 
• Bring any required forms, including a completed health and immunization history
• Williamson County residents only
