Administration & Finance
Under the direction of the WCCHD Administration and Finance, CFO, the administration team handles fiscal management and analysis including but not limited to establishing, maintaining, and/or overseeing accounting systems, procedures, and controls, preparing and/or overseeing financial analyses and reports, budget preparations, analysis and projections, payroll processing, procurement, business operation functions, and asset control.

Clinical Services
The core Clinical Health Services provided at our public health centers in Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Taylor include vaccinations for children and adults, screening and treatment of TB, and testing, treatment, and counseling for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). Other services offered include flu shots, comprehensive well-women exams, and pregnancy screening.

Epidemiology and Disease Surveillance
Epidemiology and Disease Surveillance investigates and responds to disease outbreaks and collects and analyzes data on over 80 diseases and disease syndromes.

Executive Leadership
Lead by the Executive Leadership Team, the Executive Leadership Division has oversight to ensure that all WCCHD programs, policies and actions are based on the best available science and are aligned with the Public Health Accreditation (PHAB) Standards. In addition, the division is the lead for:
- Quality Management: Quality Management helps drive improvement and innovation and offers support to help other programs and leadership to meet our agency's vision and mission. Achieving Public Health Accreditation helps ensure that we can deliver essential public health services to the public, such as preventing disease, ensuring access to safe food and water, immunizations, and preparing for and responding to health emergencies.
- Performance Management: Performance Management at WCCHD is based on the Turing Point Framework. A successful performance management system is driven by state and local needs and designed to closely align with a public health agency's mission and strategic plans.
- Data Management: Data management refers to the process of ensuring that the structured data collected yields complete and accurate information that users can trust.
- Strategic Planning: The Strategic Plan document guides the actions of the Williamson County and Cities Health District (WCCHD) by outlining the goals, objectives, and strategies that WCCHD will achieve to realize the shared vision for Williamson County to be the healthiest county in Texas.
- Emergency Preparedness and Response: leads planning and response activities for public health emergencies in Williamson County and collaborates with local and state agencies in these activities.
- Williamson County Medical Reserve Corps: is a team of trained medical and non-medical volunteers that are headquartered within the Williamson County and Cities Health District (WCCHD).

Human Resources is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and administering uniform human resources, risk management and safety policies, procedures, programs, and services.

Marketing and Community Engagement
The Marketing and Community Engagement (MarCom) Division improves the health and wellness of the county by providing agency-level and community health information via the wcchd.org website, news releases and social media accounts. Also coordinates requests for outreach events, manages the Healthy Williamson County coalition, and healthywilliamsoncounty.org community data website.
The Division exists to provide trusted health information and serve as a conduit to external agencies by:
- Distributing information to the community through outreach, health education, and through media platforms.
- Serving as the back-bone support agency for the community coalition, Healthy Williamson County.

Program Eligibility and Social Services
The Program Eligibility and Social Services division screens for eligibility for the WilCo Care indigent healthcare program.

WIC and Community Nutrition
The Women Infant and Children program (WIC) provides nutrition education and access to healthy foods for pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and young children. WIC services are provided at the four public health centers in Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, and Taylor.
