Accordingly, after the close of its fiscal year, WCCHD publishes an Annual Financial Report (AFR) containing information on its financial position and results of operations for the past fiscal year and any budgetary variances. The AFR is prepared to conform to the highest standards of public financial reporting as set forth by Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). The finalized 2021 AFR is available for review.
