Purchasing is a division of Administration and Finance. Our goal is to serve the public, the Health District, and our suppliers efficiently, professionally, and ethically. WCCHD Purchasing Division has a twofold mission that guides the division for excellence. 

  • Committed to demonstrating professional assistance and guidance to all in the acquisition of needed WCCHD goods & services, ensuring all government requirements are applied with ethics, open-accountability, and integrity, and by establishing opportunities and a fair process for suppliers to partner with WCCHD
  • To develop policies and procedures to ensure the proper, prompt, and responsive purchase of all supplies, materials, equipment, and services required or used and to implement such policies and procedures in the daily operations, as needed.

Solicitations will be posted in Negometrix4 on an as-needed basis. There will be no cost to the potential suppliers for using the Negometrix platform to participate in WCCHD solicitations.
