Health Education Programs
Williamson County & Cities Health District (WCCHD) offers health education programs through its Early Start for Healthy Living section, which targets children less than 18 years of age and their families. All programs are offered in English and Spanish, are free to the public, and are provided at various locations throughout the County.
Children’s Health Festival
WCCHD hosts an annual Children’s Health Festival each spring. This event encourages parents and children to "play for the health of it" and highlights the importance of physical activity, healthy eating, and child safety. WCCHD partners with the Round Rock Express, area news media, and local organizations that have an interest in children's health and safety to make the festival a success.
10th Annual Children's Health Festival
This year's festival will be Saturday, March 3rd, 10am-2pm, at the Dell Diamond.
