The two websites listed below are resources recommended by WCCHD to help you and your family prepare for  emergencies such as hurricanes, wildfires, terrorist attacks and disease outbreaks.

On this site you will find preparedness information for the public in English and Spanish, plus sections for professionals and first responders. This site will also display current emergency information during a disaster event.

The Ready or Not? HAVE A PLAN campaign features a new interactive website, www.TexasPrepares.org and www.TexasPrepara.org in Spanish, where Texans can create a family emergency plan, build a customized disaster supplies list and get information about the threats we face.
