Tips and Pointers

If you are already familiar with WCCHD services you can go directly to the Services link to find a comprehensive list of services we provide. Each topic is a link to a page that provides detailed information about the service.

If you would like to learn more about WCCHD, visit the About Us link first. From there you can find information about our Board of Health and our Leadership Team. Our Annual Report is another excellent resource to learn about WCCHD and public health in Williamson County.

A new feature to this site is a Frequently Asked Questions section. The FAQ's are organized by topic. Go to the FAQ's link located at the top of each page to access the table of contents for the FAQ's. You will find many of your questions answered here.

If you can't find what you are looking for, visit the A to Z Index where you'll find a list of topics and links to information.

Also new to this site is a comprehensive Telephone Directory, located on the Contact Us page. At any time you can click on Contact Us to reach us by mail, phone, or email.

Flash Animation and PDF Files

Many of the forms and reports available on the WCCHD website are in the Portable Document Format (PDF). Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or later is recommended for viewing the PDF files on the website.

In addition, our home page and the banner at the top of each page use Flash animations. Adobe Flash Player is recommended for viewing the Flash animations on the website. Some content may not be visible or may not display correctly if your system configuration differs from that recommended here.
