If you need medical help but have no insurance:

  • Call the Healthcare Helpline to find out if you might qualify for a medical program (such as Medicaid or Wilco Care) or low cost primary care in Williamson County.

  • Call to get information about other local resources.

  • Call for help with prenatal care. Through the Healthcare Helpline, pregnant women are guided to available resources in the community.

If you need to see a doctor right away:

The Healthcare Helpline may be able to help you schedule a primary care appointment with a local clinic if you have no healthcare coverage. Appointments are on a sliding fee basis. You will also receive information about other programs that may assist you.

If you are pregnant or have a child with special healthcare or social service needs:

You may qualify for Case Management services if you or your child are on Medicaid. Our social workers will meet with you to find out what your needs are, work with you to make a plan, and help you reach your goals.

See our bilingual brochure, Case Management for Children and Pregnant Women, for more information.
