Cedar Park on the Move

This program is a community fitness initiative for all ages. It is geared for beginners, but open to all fitness levels.

The goal is to provide a safe and friendly group walking activity each week where participants increase their daily steps from their own personal baseline – no matter what that is – by just 2,000. In addition, participants will receive tips on decreasing 100 calories each day from their regular eating habits. These two small changes add up to BIG results over time!

This community program is hosted by the Twin Lakes Family YMCA in partnership with the Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, Williamson County & Cities Health District, Williamson County Parks & Recreation, City of Cedar Park, Austin Community College, Leander ISD, Lakeline Mall, and local health professionals.
