All subdivisions in the County must be reviewed for compliance with applicable
environmental regulations.
Regulations
State and County regulations require that subdivision planning material be submitted
to our office whenever a property is divided into two or more parcels of land.
This includes persons proposing residential subdivision, manufactured housing
communities, multiunit residential developments, business parks, or other
similar uses, and using OSSFs for sewage disposal. There is no exclusion for lots
over ten acres as allowed in the county subdivision process. See the
Williamson County web site for their regulations at
http://wilcogov.org/Roads/Docs/SubReg.htm.
Review Process
The Subdivision

Services staff needs in order to complete the review. For further information, contact our
