and disease outbreaks:

Department of State Health Services, Public Health Preparedness
On this site you will find preparedness information for
the public in English and Spanish, plus sections for professionals
and first responders. This site will also display current
emergency information during a disaster event.
Ready or Not? HAVE A PLAN
The Ready or Not? HAVE A PLAN campaign features a new
interactive website,
www.TexasPrepares.org and
www.TexasPrepara.org in Spanish, where Texans can
create a family emergency plan, build a customized
disaster supplies list and get information about the
threats we face.
